C.D.S. Required help and support in moving their expanding
administration department to dedicated offices.
We were contracted to install new data cabling and move
their systems over to Windows Server 2003 and windows XP. In the process
we were able to add raid storage for data security and a structured backup
system. To increase usability we also implemented roaming profiles and
server side storage of local files.
We have since helped with changes to their Sage accounts
packages and custom database / worksheet system along with ongoing maintenance.
We now provide 24/7 support for all their I.T. Systems
and have an ongoing business relationship.
